The truth about Cedar Rapids, Iowa

June 21, 2008

By Jason Werner

The sex in public on Bourbon Street in Na’lens absolutely shocked me in 2003 when I
was in the city of sin for a marketing conference. And I often wondered, “Ya know,
those little logs backed by metal (levees) aren’t going to hold a strong thunderstorm
too well.”

I’ve been blaming the atrocity that occurred to New Orleans by a storm called Katrina
on the area’s sin. That city was one of the most corrupt cities I’ve ever toured, even
more corrupt than the abomination of a little sodomite parade today in Cleveland.

So I began wondering about Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  It’s innocent Iowa. What could
possibly be wrong with an area in “God’s country”.

I was going to release this on Monday of last week, but I felt my arrest was bigger
news. Anyway, I learned that Cedar Rapids was an absolute city of corruption. There
are about 124,000 residents in the actual city. And in Iowa, gambling is legal, whereby
there are 17 casinos. Embryonic stem-cell research is funded. Liberal governors
have run the state into the ground for the past 20 years including a former
conservative Republican many years ago. Human cloning is legal. Referendums by
the citizens are often shot down. Spending for education is the most consistent
increase of any issue. The University of Iowa is among the ten best colleges to party
in the country. The University of Iowa is very homosexual-oriented. Grinnell is
extremely homosexual-oriented. I found five blood alleys in Cedar Rapids.
Homosexual organizations are very popular in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines.
Prostitution and adult entertainment is actually worse than Cleveland, which has a
population of nearly 400,000. There were nearly 100 bars in a radius of one mile
although the nearby college is dry.

Specifically what I learned about Cedar Rapids by making some phone calls on
Friday, June 13:

“Thank you for calling Planned Parenthood … our offices are closed due to inclement
weather.” – voice mail message
Planned Parenthood of East Central Iowa

“There is an abortion clinic in each of the quad cities.” – a representative

“We will be closed June 12th in the afternoon and all day the 13th due to inclement
weather.”

DES MOINES PARADE
Sunday, June 14th noon?
To All Parade Participants,

Due to flooding along the Des Moines River, the City of Des Moines
will not allow us to close Grand and Locust this weekend for the
parade.  We have decided that we will have a march on the sidewalks
along a similar route.  The march will start at Lot 6 in the Capitol
Complex and proceed along the west drive, down Grand Ave to
Pennsylvania Ave, then over to Locust where it will end at East 5th.
The Community Show will be in the same location as the Saturday night
street party (between Grand and Locust on East 5th).

We are encouraging anyone who prepared floats or cars for the parade
to park those along Locust so that they can be displayed.  There is
ample parking in Visitor Parking in Lot 15 (just east of the Capitol).

If you need any other information, please let me know.

Thank you,
Greg Tew
