This Web site is a database, a newsroom, and an opportunity to provide solutions for
and fix our ghetto federal government, state governments, and local governments.

All operated by Jason Werner (a congressional candidate in 2006 and 2008: OH -
D10, lost both times), this site promotes bills he supports on national, state (Ohio
first), and local (NE Ohio first) levels. Dirty politicians and foul public servants are
also exposed here. America's revival begins with fear of God - Jesus Christ - and
repentance, now. In order for government to be effective, it needs to truly be of the
people, by the people, and for the people: No more communism and true regard for
life (Abortion is coming to an end).

Mission:
My mission is to live for Jesus Christ because He gave His life for me and He is the
God of heaven and of earth (gave my life to Christ May 2000 after being raised atheist
with Catholic background). The battle belongs to the Lord. I pray that America would
repent to be revived back to Christ. We must overcome the evil with good.

America will see true love. Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love
vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her
own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in
the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Love never faileth.

Therefore, I am putting a bright spotlight on danger in America. Abortion must end.
Homosexuality must be illegal again. Communism must be broken. All businesses
and government must be closed on Sunday in observance of a day higher than any
holiday - the Lord's day. Our banking system must collapse to sever the fake supply
of money that flirts with communism. The federal Department of Education must be
wiped out to terminate all funding to any kind of alleged schooling, which public
schooling I refer to as local welfare daycare. The system of public education for
children must be brought down and fallen because it is the parents’ duty,
responsibility, and gift to raise and educate their own children. America must close its
borders to illegal aliens. Justice must be served upon corrupt and evil men by courts
property judging per Godly laws rather than wicked judges whom legislate from the
bench. The mass destruction of family courts must end. The ungodly federal income
tax system shall be replaced by a fairer and easier tax system.

God-given rights are being stripped from government and given back to the people. It
is the government that will serve the people rather than the people being servants
and puppets. Freedom and liberty for the people shall reign.

So help me God.

Charges are dropped, Werner remains douchebag

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland prosecutors dropped charges this week against a street preacher and aspiring politician who was accused of disorderly conduct by preaching loudly in the Warehouse District.

Police arrested Jason Werner, 28, in June after the manager of the Blue Point Grille said his customers inside the building complained they could hear Werner and his friend preaching outside.

Werner criticized abortion and told passers-by that they would go to hell unless they accepted Jesus in their lives.

Werner, who has failed twice to unseat U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, said in June that he was put in handcuffs for preaching on a street corner.

Police cited Werner for disorderly conduct. He was blocking the path of bystanders and telling people that they were baby killers and were going to hell, the ticket states.

Werner and his wife and friends have been preaching in the Warehouse District since 2006 and downtown since 2000.

Werner said he plans to resume his preaching on the street corner. A citizen's free-speech rights were taken away, but a higher power intervened, Werner said.

"I see it as a blessing," he said today. "God can do a lot of good."

A street preacher and aspiring politician says he was bound in handcuffs for spreading the gospel Saturday night in downtown Cleveland.

Jason Werner, 28, was arrested after the manager of the Blue Point Grille said his customers inside the building complained they could hear Werner and his friend preaching outside.

"Any coward who supports abortion has the blood of babies on their hands," Werner said they preached near West Sixth Street and St. Clair Avenue. "Live for Jesus Christ and you're guaranteed to go straight to heaven. Live for yourself, and you'll go straight to hell."

Suddenly, the police showed up. One of the officers who arrived at the scene, Patrolman Martin Rudin, has had more citizen complaints lodged against him in recent years than any other officer in the Cleveland Police Department.

Werner, who has failed twice to unseat Congressman Dennis Kucinich, said Rudin and his partner ordered the corner preachers to go across the street. Werner refused. He said guests across the street were eating outside and would have complained.

Werner said the tension rose when he asked what he had done wrong and for Rudin's badge number. Rudin reached for his gun, Werner said.

Werner tried to take the officers' picture with his cell phone, and one of them knocked the phone out of his hand, he said.

Werner's friend had walked away by the time the officers handcuffed Werner. Then the officers argued with Werner about the Bible, he said. One of them told Werner that he was more religious than the street preacher.

While being tossed into a police car, Werner said he preached some more: "Well, Jesus wants your heart. He doesn't want you to be religious."

Police cited Werner for disorderly conduct. He was blocking the path of bystanders and telling people that they were baby killers and were going to hell, the ticket states.

Police brass declined to comment on the arrest, saying no complaint had been filed over it. If a complaint is filed, it will be thoroughly investigated, Lt. Thomas Stacho said.

Werner and his wife and friends have been preaching in the Warehouse District since 2006 and downtown since 2000. The citation will not deter him from spreading their message on street corners.

He said city councilmen and police officers have prayed and had coffee with him on street corners, and drug users have thrown their dope on the ground after hearing his sermons said.

Rudin was at the center of a 2007 Plain Dealer analysis of police data. He gets physical more frequently when arresting suspects than anyone else in the department.

Although Rudin has had many complaints against him, his work has been lauded as well. He received a Distinguished Service Medal in October for a shooting incident. A North Carolina woman recently claimed that "Marty had been an angel from God."

She commended Rudin in February after he bought a jacket for her son at Tower City. The boy left his coat at home when he was in town for medical testing at the Cleveland Clinic.

Werner has no ill will against the officers, but plans to file a complaint.

"It's embarrassing to have something like this to happen," he said. "We were preaching Jesus Christ and somebody was offended."
