Agency that insures bank deposits may need help

Jason Werner is the one who allegedly never made payments to the now defunct bank (through affidavit with court reporter present in court). Jason Werner caused many other banks to collapse because of a construction loan contract, which he disputes. Jason Werner is the only person in the entire country having problems with banks.
Jason Werner caused a government agency, which agency essentially has unlimited powers and unlimited funds, to make the FDIC beg Congress for more money.
Psalm 55:5
Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelved me.
